A SHRM-CP certified professional, she brings 13 years of hospitality leadership experience into her HR role, where she focuses on people-centered leadership and service-driven culture.

Outside of work, Jennifer lives in the Wilmington, NC area and enjoys exploring coastal cuisine, traveling, and spending time at the beach with her husband and their two dogs.
