Andrew Duggan, CPA

Andrew Duggan joined Moore, Beauston & Woodham LLC in 2013. He is a Charleston native who has over ten years of experience in taxation and accounting and works with individuals, estates, trusts, and businesses of all sizes in our Charleston office. His expertise is in tax & estate planning, tax compliance, IRS representation, mergers and acquisitions, multi-state tax issues, exempt organizations, and forensic accounting.

Andrew is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Forensic and Valuations Services Section of the AICPA, and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA). Andrew is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of South Carolina, has a Fundamentals of Forensic Accounting Certificate, and is currently pursuing the Certification in Financial Forensics (CFF)—having passed the exam and working on the hour requirement.

Andrew serves on the board of multiple non-profits in the Charleston Area and has given presentations on taxation matters to various industry groups.

He received his Master of Accountancy from the College of Charleston in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel in 2011.

Alongside his wife Jessica, and their three young boys, they are active members of James Island Christian Church. Outside of the office and family, Andrew is a fan of trivia, strategy games, and college football cheering on the Citadel Bulldogs and Carolina Gamecocks.
